2026 US-Int's Scottish Athletic Professional Championships

All festival tickets will be the confirmation that is sent via email for you to print off.

Advance entry & fee is required and all entries need to be received no later than Aug. 24, 2026.

All participants will be give a shirt is required during competition, which will be issued at the field registration site, lunches not provided. ADDITIONAL TICKETS CAN BE PURCHASED AT: www.scotfest.com

All competitors are required to wear a kilt and the games shirt, hose and flashes are strongly recommended. There will be no kilts for rent on the field.
The organizers and judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant and are not liable for doing so. If an entrant shows poor or uncomplimentary sportsmanship at any time on the field or the judges feel that harm may come to the entrant or others by participating, the entrant may be disqualified.
All judges' decisions are final.
All athletes are responsible for treating their own injuries.
Check-in will start at 7:30 a.m., Class photos shortly after check in, competition starting as close to 8 a.m. as possible, weather permitting!
All classes will be limited to 10 competitors. No exceptions. No openings will be held without an entry fee. All entry fees are non refundable in any cases.
The undersigned understands that athletics activities have personal risk factors in the training, performing and related activities which could result in serious injury, permanent or partial disability, or death. The undersigned warrants and acknowledges that he/she is in good physical condition and able to perform the athletics. The undersigned further acknowledges that the Longs Peak Scottish/Irish Highland Festival, Inc. is relying on the undersigned’s representation as to his/her physical condition, experience, prior training and ability to perform in the competition at this event. The undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Longs Peak Scottish/Irish Highland Festival, Inc., Town of Estes Park, and their officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, debts, injuries, liabilities, whether arising by contract, tort, or otherwise, out of the training, exercises and/or performance. The undersigned acknowledges that he/she has read this agreement, has consulted with an attorney as to the contents hereof, or hereby waives such consultation, and has received a copy of this agreement. Estes Park is a small town. Therefore, all guests bands, entertainers, athletes, jousters, are considered ambassadors and representatives of the Festival. It is therefore imperative that behavior be above reproach on and off the Festival Arena or Field.
If a participant forgets ticket to get onto the festival field; the participant will have to purchase a new ticket of $40.00 to get onto the festival field to compete. There will be no exceptions at the gate.

If you have family coming to cheer you on, they will need to purchase general admission tickets to get in. We now have added an option to the registration where you can purchase advanced discounted tickets for them. These are 1-Day passes, and are half off what they would pay normally. There is a limit of 2 tickets per registration, please only use these for your family. These tickets are available to athletes competing in the Scottish Athletic Competitions at the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival.

Athletic Waiver and Photo Release

I recognize and appreciate any dangers and risks inherent in volunteering, competing in any events or participating for festival events. I am submitting this release and waiver of liability declaration voluntarily and of my own free will. I have no physical or emotional problems, nor any history thereof, which will impair my ability to volunteer, compete or participating for the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc. I hold harmless and agree to indemnify the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc. its officers, directors or employees, agents and volunteers, Town of Estes Park, Estes Valley Recreation & Park District from all claims, liability, and damages I may sustain from any bodily injury, personal injury or property damage which may occur from any cause, including negligence, before, during or after any Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc event in which I participate as a volunteer, competitor. I acknowledge the contagious nature of a pandemic and other pathogens, acts of God and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected while at the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival and the Town of Estes Park, CO, Estes Valley Recreation & Park District and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected at Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc. and the Town of Estes Park, Estes Valley Recreation & Park District may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of me or of others, including Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc. and the Town of Estes Park, Estes Valley Recreation & Park District. I forever hold harmless and indemnify Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc. and the Town of Estes Park, Estes Valley Recreation & Park District its directors, staff, employees and other contracted parties for any loss or damages arising from such exposure or infection. I grant the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc. and its agents, the exclusive right to use my name, likeness, photos, or reproduction for any purpose, advertising or other purposes. I acknowledge that I have read and understand this entire Waiver of Liability and Release, and I agree to to be legally bound by it.

Acknowledgment of Risk: I hereby acknowledge and agree that as consideration for me, and each of my minors and all participating members Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc. and the Town of Estes Park, Estes Valley Recreation & Park District: Assuming inherent risks and waiving rights related to COVID-19 and other transmissible pathogens. I acknowledge the contagious nature of a pandemic or COVID-19 and other pathogens, and voluntarily assume the risk that I and all members participating may be exposed to or infected while at the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival and the Town of Estes Park COLO, Estes Valley Recreation & Park District and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death. I understand that by signing this document all liability of the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc and the Town of Estes Park, Estes Valley Recreation & Park District including its directors, staff, employees and other contracted parties to myself and my minors for any such loss or damages will be forever be mute. By signing this agreement, All agree that Band Members, Dancers, Directors, volunteers and support staff will assume all costs pertaining to a positive test. This includes all tests prior to the event and post event, all quarantine costs ie: hotel, food and transportation from a positive test until a negative test proven. If the party signing this agreement comes down with COVID-19 or any other illness the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival or The Town of Estes Park, Estes Valley Recreation & Park District is not responsible for any costs pertaining to quantile during a positive test. All Costs Are the Responsibility of the participant.
