Volunteer Registration

Join us for a day or the whole weekend as a volunteer! Each year our event is only made possible by the hard work of our Volunteers.  There are over 200 volunteer positions and hundreds of volunteer hours that go into our event. 

Please consider donating your valuable time and talents in exchange for a minimum volunteer shift of 4 hours, you will receive an invite to the volunteer dinner and orientation on Thursday September 5 and  2 admission tickets to the games!

    Volunteer will make sure all entertainers, athletes, living history and arena have water through out the event.

Volunteer Information

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:

I recognize and appreciate any dangers and risks inherent in volunteering, competing in any sporting events or
participating for festival events. I am submitting this release and waiver of liability declaration voluntarily
and of my own free will. I have no physical or emotional problems, nor any history thereof, which will
impair my ability to volunteer, compete or participating for the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland
Festival, Inc/Estes Park International Tattoo.
I hold harmless and agree to indemnify the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc./Estes Park International Tattoo,
its officers, directors or employees, agents and volunteers, Town of Estes Park, Estes Valley Recreation &
Park District from all claims, liability, and damages I may sustain from any bodily injury, personal injury
or property damage which may occur from any cause, including negligence, before, during or after any
Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc/Estes Park International Tattoo event in which I participate as a volunteer or competitor.
I acknowledge the contagious nature of a pandemic and other pathogens, acts of God and voluntarily
assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected while at the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland
Festival, Inc./Estes Park International Tattoo and the Town of Estes Park, CO, Estes Valley Recreation & Park District and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death. I understand that the
risk of becoming exposed to or infected at Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc./Estes Park International Tattoo and the Town of Estes Park, Estes Valley Recreation & Park District may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of me or of others, including Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc./Estes Park International Tattoo and the Town of Estes Park, Estes Valley Recreation & Park District. I forever hold harmless and indemnify Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc./ Estes Park International Tattoo and the Town of Estes Park, Estes Valley Recreation & Park District its directors, staff, employees and other contracted parties for any loss or damages arising from such exposure or infection. I grant the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc./Estes Park International Tattoo and its agents, the exclusive right to use my name, likeness, photos, or reproduction for any purpose, advertising or other
purposes. I acknowledge that I have read and understand this entire Waiver of Liability and Release, and I
agree to to be legally bound by it. Current/valid auto insurance must be present for all vehicles that come
onto the festival field. Auto insurance must be available when festival staff ask for confirmation of insurance.
Acknowledgment of Risk: I hereby acknowledge and agree that as consideration for me, and each of my
minors and all participating members Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc./Estes Park International Tattoo and the Town of Estes Park, Estes Valley Recreation & Park District: Assuming inherent risks and waiving rights related to
COVID-19 and other transmissible pathogens. I acknowledge the contagious nature of a pandemic or
COVID-19 and other pathogens, and voluntarily assume the risk that I and all members participating may
be exposed to or infected while at the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival and the Town of Estes
Park COLO, Estes Valley Recreation & Park District and that such exposure or infection may result in
personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death. I understand that by signing this document all
liability of the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival, Inc/Estes Park International Tattoo and the Town of Estes Park, Estes Valley Recreation & Park District including its directors, staff, employees and other contracted parties to myself
and my minors for any such loss or damages will be forever be mute. By signing this agreement, All
agree that Band Members, Dancers, Directors, volunteers and support staff will assume all costs
pertaining to a positive test. This includes all tests prior to the event and post event, all quarantine costs
ie: hotel, food and transportation from a positive test until a negative test proven. If the party signing this
agreement comes down with COVID-19 or any other illness the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Highland
Festival or The Town of Estes Park, Estes Valley Recreation & Park District is not responsible for any
costs pertaining to quantile during a positive test.
All Costs Are the Responsibility of the participating
cast member.
